Personalised approach

Most online personal training lacks the immediate, face to face interaction that in-person personal training provides. Most online coaches will supply copy and paste programs without any thought behind them. At TFA Performance we pride ourselves on our personal approach with regular check ins and real time workout adjustments via the TrainHeroic app, its like having a PT in your pocket

Accountability and motivation

After the initial consultation we will help you with goal setting and progress tracking. Your workouts will be scheduled each week for you via the app, with each exercise offering detailed technique cues and video demonstrations. You will also gain access to a community of TFA members via whatsapp where clients can connect, share achievements and support each other. Staying disciplined couldn't be any easier.

Adapted workouts for any location

Workouts can be catered to individuals whether they have access to a fully equipped gym or no equipment at all. With scalable exercises that can be adjusted weekly based on the available resources, clients can effectively participate in the program wherever they are. Perfect for individuals with regular travel commitments.

Subscription Models

Three Tier System

Our subscription models offer the most comprehensive approach to your health and wellness needs. With added convenience and flexibility of being able to access the plans remotely from anywhere in the world, long term commitment and sustainable progress are more achievable than ever. Alternatively, you can access one of our battle tested programs below.

  • Tier 1: Basic Plan - lncudes an initial consultation call, up to 2 programmed sessions per week & 1 weekly check in via whatsapp

  • Tier 2: Standard Plan - Includes initial consultation call, up to 4 programmed sessions per week, 1 weekly check in and 1 catch up call every 3 weeks

  • Tier 3: Premium Plan - Includes initial consultation call, up to 6 programmed sessions per week, daily check ins, 1 catch up call every 3 weeks, nutrition and supplement guidance plus access to the TFA whatsapp community
